The Multiculturalism and Governance website provides arts workers and cultural policymakers a framework for evaluating arts and cultural participation in diverse communities.

It presents a cultural citizenship indicator framework and an arts value-creating ecology. It also provides a current snapshot of cultural citizenship and links to other publications, resources and policies on cultural participation and diversity.

The aim of this website is to enable arts and cultural stakeholders to better understand the everyday cultural lives of diverse communities, to facilitate belonging and increased capacity, and to understand how value is generated by artists from diverse backgrounds. The measures contained in the indicator framework also provide stakeholders with a toolkit for building their own questionnaires and evaluation instruments.
